Beautiful! I love how this particular form of conditioning doesn’t come with any kind of intelligence drain (at least yet – I don’t know the plans). Zara is completely and utterly aware at all times, intelligent, understands what’s happening as well as all her previous reactions to such stimuli… And she’s STILL helpless to stop it. Part of me wonders however if the fact he has replaced the German learning goal with learning to be submissive to him (and to sexually satisfy him) means that her German knowledge will atrophy and go away rather than just stay at the plateau of where she was when she stopped… Or does the BIP allow her to retain the German as well as the new learning goals even after months of disuse?
Is Richard aware that she will only remain in his thrall as long as he doesn’t pass her? What counts as “passing”? Can he accidentally free/pass/graduate her? Can she somehow designated someone else as a trainer and free herself that way? How was she intending to self experiment when she was on her own before he caught her?
